Who is Brian Johnson?

"It is never a dull moment between his character impressions and comical personality. But above all of that, his love for people is evident in his words and actions. He is a friend you can always count on."

− Lori McKissick

"Brian sees people in the best light possible and cares for them as if they were his own brother or sister. He's a man of integrity, character and excellence."

− Nick Boardman

"Brian is a compassionate and selfless person that continually uses his gifts for the betterment of those around him."

− Mickey DeAngelo

"Someone who loves to make other people laugh, lover of great deals (groupon), someone who doesn’t try to pretend he has perfect marriage but loves his wife with all his heart, and the greatest friend you could ever have who will be there for you in all seasons of your life."

− Christian O'Neill

I Adore My Wife

Kellie and I were high school sweethearts. Meeting her at youth group when we were 15 was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. 10 years later and she’s still way out of my league!

My Utmost For His Highest

“Now I find my life in yours. My eyes on Your name. Arrest my heart from it’s reckless path, release the chains in me. Awake my soul to the hope You hold. Your grace is alI I need.” – Mercy Mercy by Hillsong United

I Love Music

Some guys have sports and ESPN, I have music and Billboard charts. I love music sales and chart stats. Since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated with it all. It gives me motivation to see myself there one day!

Cleveland, Yeah!

Cleveland has been home since I was born. It may not be everyone’s first choice for vacation spots, and it may be covered in snow half of the year, but Ohio is my home, and I will always love it (and both of its buildings).

Coffee is the Best

Coffee is an obsession for me. Not just any coffee – it’s gotta be Rising Star Sleepover Blend coffee (roasted in beautiful Cleveland, OH). Americano made from an AeroPress. Black. Try it. It’ll change your life.

Reading is Rad

Sometimes you need to turn off the digital world and get lost in a book. My current adventure? Scary Close, from Donald Miller. It’s an honest read about putting down the front and having real relationships with people.

Death could not hold You, the veil tore before You. You silenced the boast, of sin and grave.
The heavens are roaring, the praise of Your glory
For You are raised to life again. #happyeaster

Wow... ... See MoreSee Less

this song was written for Christina Grimmie after she passed away tragically. i needed to write this song. thank you to my good friend, zac poor, who was brave enough to take on the challenge of writing it with me. my heart was & is still so heavy when i think of her not being with us. however, i am still comforted knowing that i'll get to see her again someday in heaven. my prayers go out to her family & loved ones. even though this song had specific meaning, more recently i'm overwhelmed at the pain & the brokenness in the world today, & so this is really just me grieving. at all of it. life is so short. thanks for listening, i love you guys. "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” ~ Revelation 21:4
